Information concerning the handling of personal data

Disclosure pursuant to and for purposes of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 (Privacy Code) and subsequent amendments, for users  and visitors to the website with regard to the means of processing of their personal information by Sisma S.p.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Company").
  1. Purposes: The information will be processed by the Company for purposes connected with the use of the site and the services it offers, as well as the purchase of products online, if this becomes possible via the site in the future.
  2. Provision of information is optional: The provision of information is optional unless it is required to make online purchases, participate in contests, or take advantage of any services or promotions.
  3. Utilization: With the interested party's prior express consent, the information may be utilized for commercial, promotional, marketing and statistical purposes and to send material/correspondence regarding new initiatives via mail, e-mail, fax, text message, and similar methods. After expressing consent, the interested party still has the right to object to the processing of his/her information for said purposes at any time and at no charge.
  4. Means of processing: The information will be processed using both paper and electronic/IT/telecommunications tools/media, in full compliance with the provisions of the law, based on the principles of lawfulness/fair dealing and in a manner which protects confidentiality.
  5. Consequences of refusal: Refusal to provide information or objection to its processing will make it impossible to receive commercial, promotional and marketing material/correspondence or material/correspondence for  new initiatives, to purchase products online, to participate in contests, or to make use of any services or promotions.
  6. Parties or categories of parties to whom the information may be divulged: The information may be divulged to delegated third parties (data entry and mailing service companies) which the Company uses, or to public or private bodies in order to fulfill the obligations provided by law.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on the User’s device when visiting a website.
